Big Top Baseball has relied on Pendulum for forward thinking concepts across several Wisconsin ballpark properties. Fifteen years of unique ideas, quirky additions and small renovations of underutilized municipal fields came before this one.

Capital Credit Union Park was the first chance to build from the ground up. Big Top and the Village of Ashwaubenon agreed a financing plan for a 2,500 seat, 5,000 capacity ballpark on an existing Village owned parcel next to the municipal office complex.

The park illustrates the value of a long relationship with an owner and the discipline to look past the obvious, more expensive solution in order to meet a client's financial constraints. As an economic development project it injects pedestrian energy into a municipal block that had been dominated by an industrial feel.
